Invitation To Bid - 2026 Road Maintenance
INVITATION TO BID
TOWN OF SUMPTER, SAUK COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Pursuant of Wis. Stat. 60.47(2)(a) and 62.15(1), the TOWN OF SUMPTER is accepting sealed bids for the following:
- Accola Drive – Pulverize .10 miles of road
- Dischler Road – Pulverize .27 miles of road
- Groth Road – Pulverize and chip sealing .23 miles, from HWY 12 termini to New Haven Road. The project will consist of pulverizing the existing road, adding 2” of gravel, and paving with 2” X 20’ chipseal material with 2’ shoulders.
- Keitel Road – Crack fill and chip seal .96 miles of road from Old Bluff Trail Road west
- Kings Corner Road – Oil and chipseal in spots, and/or crack fill where appropriate, 1.93 miles of road from Stones Pocket Road west to Huber Road
- Yanke Drive – Crack fill and chip seal .68 miles of road from Old Bluff Trail Road west
Bids will be opened and awarded on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Town of Sumpter Community Center located at E10496 CTH C, North Freedom, WI 53951.
The Town of Sumpter reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process and accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
